Betty J Pepper

Betty J. Pepper, age 43 of Old Shawneetown died peacefully at home on April 7, 2010 after an extended illness. Betty was born on May 25, 1966 in Henderson, Ky to Roy F. ""Joe"" and Ruby (Sharp) Bolton. Betty fought her illness for many years very courageously. She was a homemaker and had been raised in the Pentacostal faith. She always thought about everyone else first before herself. She was a good mother, wife, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Betty is survived by 3 children, son - Isaac Dean Thrasher, 2 daughters - Rebakah Jo Thrasher and Sarah Cheyenne Pepper all of Shawneetown. Her mother Ruby (Sharp) Bolton of Shawneetown, 2 brothers, Jim (Jean) Bolton and Roy Bolton of Shawnetown and 1 sister Debra Hall of Lebanon, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Pepper and her father Roy Bolton.
Visitation for Betty will be on Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Service for Betty will be on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown starting at 1:00 PM. Interment will be in the Westwood Cemetery
