Bobbie C. Moore, age 76 longtime resident of Shawneetown died on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Bobbie was born in Harlan County, Ky on May 22, 1938 to the late Everett and Sudie (Brock) Dozier. On June 30, 1967 she married Charlie Moore who survives. Bobbie love to cook, sew and mostly raise children. She had a contagious smile and always very kind. She was a good wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed by many.

Bobbie is survived by her husband Charlie Moore of Shawneetown, a son, Mike & Alisha Moore of Equality, and a daughter, Tracie Moore of Shawneetown, 6 grandchildren, Shea Moore, Hannah Jo Moore, Abbie Moore, Hailey Gray, Raymond Gray and Myleigh Gray, along with 1 great grandchild, Alynna Moore. 3 sisters, Phyllis Robbins of Shawneetown, Margie & Tom Finley of Verona, Ky and Sharon Robbins of Weston, OH, 2 Brothers, E.P. Dozier of Florida and James & Herta Dozier of Radcliff, Ky. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Maxine Grogan and Imogene Edmonds and 3 Brothers, Bill, Benny and Everett Dozier.

Visitation for Bobbie will be on Friday, May 8, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown. Her funeral service will be on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the funeral home starting at 11:00 AM. Rev. Jack Hall will officiate and burial will follow at the Westwood Cemetery in Shawneetown.
