Chelsea Ann Belford age 15, lifelong resident of Ridgway passed on this life, Thursday, October 25, 2007 in St. Louis, Missouri. Chelsea was born in Evansville, IN on May 30, 1992 to Bob and Kim (Duckworth) Belford. She was in 9th Grade at the Gallatin County School. Chelsea enjoyed many things especially swimming. She was a joy to her family and many friends, always having a special smile for you. She had a huge impact on many lives and will be greatly missed by everyone.
