Deborah Moats

Deborah K. Moats age 55, resident of Shawneetown passed away Monday, September 3, 2007 at her home. Deborah was born on February 3, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri to Thomas H. and Dora Marie (Giles) Twitchell. She was employed at the Sunspring Industries in Kentucky. She was a good mother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed her family and friends.
