Edith Kay Mayhall Adler

Edith Kay (Mayhall) Adler age 68 died on September 22, 2015 in the Eldorado Nursing and Rehab Center after an extended illness. Her only child Gary was at her side. Kay as most knew her was born in Shawneetown on August 2, 1947 to the late Charles and Agnes (Edwards) Mayhall. She was married to David Adler on November 20, 1966 and he preceded her in death. Kay was always happy and polite and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her son, Gary and his fiancAC.e Sara, grandchildren, Kalee, Jace, John, Zoey and Alivya. She was preceded by a brother, Emmette Mayhall and a sister Ruby Mayhall.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date.
