Elaine Hise

Elaine (Glasscock) Hise, age 92, died Saturday, August 4, 2007 at the home of her daughter in Enfield. Elaine was born on October 18, 1914 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Henry and Ida Dell (Robbins) Glasscock. Elaine was married to the late Shan Hise, he preceded her in 2005. Elaine was a devoted wife and mother. She loved her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ and served him faithfully at the Ridgway First Baptist Church where she was the oldest member and had taught Sunday School for over 30 years. She was a good wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by the community.
