Ethan A. Steele

Ethan A. Steele, age 25 of New Haven, IL passed on this life peacefully in Ferrell Hospital on November 5, 2016.  Ethan was born in Evansville IN on October 24, 1991 a triplet to James and Gerri (Miller) Steele.  Ethan graduated from Brownsville School and loved music and cartoons.  Even though he was disabled, his love for others always shown through.  Ethan could light up a room with his smile and will be missed by many.

Ethan is survived by his parents, Jim and Gerri Steele of New Haven, his sisters, Carol Steele and Pam Steele (Cody Spurr) all of New Haven, a brother, Tim (Amanda Allen) Steele of Enfield, IL.  His grandfather, Jerry Miller of West Virginia. Uncles, Bruce (April) Miller, Ben Steele, Ronnie Steele, Mike (Tracy) Steele, and Dennis (Phillona) Steele.  Aunts, Pamela Miller, Barb Bomar, Joyce Palmer, Patsy Howell, Brenda (Charles) Houchin, and Angie (Tom) Wilhelm.  A nephew, James Spurr.  Ethan is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Steele and grandparents, Mary Ann Miller Kleiner and Ben and Dollie Steele.

Visitation for Ethan will be on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in New Haven from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  His funeral will be on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the funeral home starting at 11:00 AM.  Rev. Duke Williams will officiate and his burial will take place in Union Ridge Cemetery near New Haven.
