Jacquelyn I. “Jackie” Wicker, age 76 of New Haven passed on this life, April 4, 2021 in Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, IN.  Jackie as most knew her was born in Chicago, IL on April 28, 1944 to the late James and Bonnie (Andrews) Hults.  On February 12, 1971 she married William Lee Wicker who survives.

Jackie served her country in the U.S. Army.  Before moving to New Haven, Jackie and William Lee had lived in Kankakee for many years where she owned and operated the Second Mortgage Tavern for over 14 years. She loved to play Euchre and always had many yard ornaments she was so proud of.  Jackie always had smile for you and will be missed.

She is survived by her husband William Lee Wicker of New Haven, married for over 50 years., 2 sons, Jamie (Brenda) Estay of Neoga, IL, Billy (Lorie) Wicker of Bradley, IL, 3 daughters, Sheryl Bauman (Tony Scott) of Bradley, IL, Jodie Giroux (Dustin Blanchette) of Bradley, Il and Tina (George) Tuominen of Texas.  17 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.  A brother, Jim (Sue) Hults of Kankakee, sisters, Mary (Gary) Devore of Kankakee, and Kathy (Mel) Hughes of Fort Worth, TX.  She was also preceded by a beloved grandson, Josh Giroux.and 2 brothers Butch and Jeff.
