He was born on July 16, 1964 in Ohio to Harley Owens and Mary Flynn.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; children, James and Mattew Owens and Amanda Bloodworth; step-son, Johny Ellison; siblings, Mike, Robert, Harley, Tina, and Barbara; and 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-daughter, Michelle.
