Janet K Baldwin

Janet K. Baldwin, age 65 lifelong resident of Ridgway died at her home on October 21, 2015. Janet was born in Eldorado, IL on December 26, 1949 to the late John and Pearl (Rollman) Trousdale. Janet worked at the Ridgway Post Office before retiring. She loved her family and especially enjoyed her time with her grandkids taking them to the Park or going to McDonalds. She loved to play cards with 500 Rummy being her favorite. Janet lived a simple life raising her children and always having simple answers or comments, but you knew where she stood. Janet always had a smile for you and will be remembered as a good Mother and Grandmother.

Janet is survived by her 2 children, David Baldwin (Misty Brothers) of Ridgway and Charlotte Baldwin (Scott Barton) of Eldorado along with grandchildren, Dallas Robinson, Brittany Kiesecoms, Damian Mattingley, Bayleigh Barton, Haley Bonneville, Gage Bonneville and great grandchildren, Jayla Robinson, Sylar Kiesecoms, Slader Crouse and Zoey Crouse. She is also survived by her 3 brothers, John (Charlene) Trousdale of Ridgway, Jerry (Debbie) Trousdale of Ridgway and Jim (Joy) McGrew of Ridgway, a sister Janice Talkington of Eldorado, IL and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Janet will be on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Ridgway. A graveside service will immediately follow at the Jackson Cemetery near Ridgway with Rev. Lyndal Sork officiating.
