John Michael Cox

John Michael Cox, age 70, of Burlington, Wisconsin and formerly of Ridgway passed on this life, January 18, 2023 at his home.  Mike as most knew him was born on August 2, 1952 in Eldorado, IL to the Logan Cox Jr. and Ruth (Brown) Cox.  He graduated from Ridgway High School and then served his country in the U.S. Army, 101^st Airborne.

Mike is survived by his children, Shelly Cox of Shawneetown, John (Stanya) Cox of Shawneetown, Liz (Mike) Patrick of Mt. Vernon, IN and Mandy (Quentin) Williams of Jacksn, MO.  Grandchildren , Anthony Cox, Emma Gum, Raleigh Cox, Lily Sizemore, Logan Patrick, Easton, Hawken and Tanner Williams,  A sister, Cynthia (Harold) Ferguson and a brother Ike (Debra) Cox,  He is also survived by Nieces, Nephew and Cousins.

Mike will be laid to rest privately at the Old Cottonwood Cemetery near where he grew up.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Burlington, WI.
