Linda J. Hart

Linda J. Hart, age 62 longtime Gallatin County resident died Thursday, November 08, 2012 in the South Gate Nursing Center in Metropolis after an extended illness. Linda was born in Ridgway on July 5, 1950 to the late Bill and Fern (Randall) Tarrence. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse before retiring. She was a Pentacostal by faith and loved her family very much. She loved to be outside especially riding motorcycles. Linda was a good mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend.

Linda is survived by a son, Duane Sharp of Shawneetown, a brother Billy Tarrence of Sturgis, KY, 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, a daughter and son in law, Betty and Dee Smith, and sisters, Donna Yates and Mary Curry.

Linda wishes were to be cremated and her ashes be inurned in Pythian Ridge cemetery in Sturgis, Ky next to her husband.
