Lolene ""Bill"" Williams

Lolene ""Bill Seely"" Williams, age 74 of Shawneetown died Thursday, February 18, 2010 at her home after an extended illness. Bill as most knew her was born in Shawneetown on December 13, 1935 to the late George and Lilly (Thomas) Seely. Bill worked 20 plus years as a security officer at the coal mines. She loved to fish and was a avid animal lover. She could be seen driving around town in her spare time enjoying the people that she loved so much. She had a wonderful heart always willing to help anyone. She was a good mother, sister and friend and will be greatly missed by the community.

Bill is survived by her son, Roy Seely of Shawneetown and a sister, Ailene Brooks of Shawneetown. She has many nieces and nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

Funeral Service for Bill will be on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Cox and Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to funeral time on Sunday. Rev. Bob Powell will officiate and interment will be in the Westwood Cemetery
