Louis Belmer, age 70, resident of Gallatin Manor in Ridgway, IL passed on this life January 19, 2019. Louis had been a resident of many different facilities for years, from Louisville, Il to Eldorado, Jonesboro and Ridgway. He was a loving person and will be missed.
He is survived by his Gallatin Manor and other facilities families.
Private services for Louis will be held.
