Nina L Lane

Nina L. Lane, age 76, of Ridgway died Monday, January 2, 2012 in Ferrell Hospital. Nina was born on April 14, 1935 in Junction, IL to the late Claricee and Edith (Kingston) Ledbetter. Nina was a member of the Church of God in Shawneetown. She liked to be around her family and friends and always had a joking word for you. She was a good wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Lane of Ridgway, 3 daughters, Rosalie Jackson of Junction, Debbie McCarty of Junction and Marilyn Martin of Joshua, Texas. 4 Step Daughters, 13 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Ledbetter her step father her raised her and 2 brothers, Delbert Reeder and Don Ledbetter.

Visitation for Nina will be on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Ridgway. Her funeral will begin at 2:00 PM that day at the funeral home. Rev. Randy Vaughn will officiate and interment will follow in the Westwood cemetery in Shawneetown.
