Patricia A. Blair

Patricia A. Blair, age 72 of Shawneetown passed on this life peacefully surrounded by her family on December 18, 2022, at her home in Shawneetown.   Patricia was born in Shawneetown on February 8, 1950, to the late Edgar & Frances (Barger)  McGhee.  She was married to Cletus Blair who preceded her in death.

Patricia worked her entire life as a caregiver.  She enjoyed shopping at Sam's and loved her coffee and a   cigarette.  Her world was her family especially her  grandson,  Drake  .  She loved to cook and had a kind and compassionate soul.  She will be missed by many.

Patricia is survived by her son, Donald Hodge, her daughter, Paula Bailey and and grandson, Drake. Many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded by a brother, Paul Maynard, 2 sisters, Ruth Barbre and Judy Holloway.  

Patricia will be laid to rest in the Westwood Cemetery near Shawneetown on January 4, 2022 at 2 PM.  All friends and family are invited to attend.
