Rebecca Shannon

Rebecca L. ""Becky"" Shannon age 49, of Mineral Point, WI, and former resident of Gallatin & Hardin County area passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at her residence after an extended illness. Becky was born in Rosiclare, IL on October 6,1958 to Charles ""Elmo"" and IVa (Patton) Krikie. She was married in 1990 to Richard Shannon. Becky was a Lutheran by faith. She was a accomplished poet, having some of her work in the Library of Congress. Her passion was her grandchildren and that is what she focused most of her attention to. She was a good wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, she will be sadly missed.
