Roxanne Abell

Roxanne Abell, age 64 of New Haven, IL passed away on September 3, 2023 at Deaconess Hospital in Newburg, IN.

Roxanne was born in Carmi, IL to Charles and Deloris (Dale) Break on November 4, 1958. She married Scott Abell on September 21, 1984. Roxanne loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, reading, and was a great cook.

Roxanne is survived by her husband, Scott Abell of New Haven, IL; two sons, Bryan (Paije) Abell of Grayville, IL, Jeremy Abell of New Haven, IL; seven grandchildren, Jaelynn, Aubree, Sofia, Savanna, Sydni, Darrenn, and Gage; two sisters, Pam Crook, Paula Keen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Charles.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm on Wednesday September 6, 2023, at Cox and Son Funeral Homes in New Haven, IL. Burial will follow the service at Union Ridge Cemetery in New Haven, IL. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service at the funeral home
