Terry Wayne was born on April 14, 1961, in Eldorado, Illinois. He was the son of the late James Gary Wilson and Phyllis Anna Wilson. Raised with strong values instilled by his parents, Terry Wayne grew up with a determined spirit that would guide him throughout his life. After graduating from Norris City High School, Terry Wayne pursued his passion for geology by studying it in college. However, he found his calling as a Boilermaker with the union. He dedicated many years to this career and gained the respect and admiration of his colleagues. Outside of work, Terry Wayne cherished spending time with his friends and family. His warm personality made him the life of every gathering. Whether it was sharing laughter around the dinner table or simply enjoying each other's company, Terry Wayne cherished these moments. In his free time, Terry Wayne had an avid interest in cars—especially Corvettes—and loved attending car shows. You could often find him admiring classic cars or engaging in conversations with fellow enthusiasts about the intricate details of their vehicles. His passion for cars was contagious and brought joy to those around him.

As we celebrate the life of Terry Wayne Wilson, we remember his warmth, kindness, and dedication to those he held dear. His legacy will live on through one daughter, Sarah Wilson, brother, Chuck Wilson, sister, Nancy (James) Majors, aunt, Deanna Parks, and uncle, Dr. Larry Wilson.
He is predeceased by his parents, and grandparents, who all played a significant role in shaping him into the remarkable person he became.
