James Milligan

James G. Milligan, 75, died Wednesday July 25, 2018 in Fort Myers, Florida. He was born April 19, 1943 in Equality, IL. to James A. and Thelma S. Milligan. Jim was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and retired from the Coal Mines. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Carol A. Milligan (Colvis), daughter Angela (Jerry) Lombardo, Step-children Kevin Huetsch, Traci (Lance) Webb, Staci (Carl) Eye, Jeff Edmonds, Kimberly (Lenny) Sinn and Michelle Hillie. Granddaughters, Paige and Kelly Blauschild and many step grandchildren, and great grandchildren. James is also survived by a sister, Ruth (David) Kepperling and sister-in-law Ann Milligan, brothers in law Joe (Joyce) Colvis and Jesse (Jeanie) Colvis and sister in law, Debbie (Hank) Hankammer, and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother Grace Milligan, brothers David and Jack Milligan and sisters Barbara Milligan and Judy Koester. Services at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery are pending. In addition a Memorial Service will be held in Fort Myers, Fl. and will be announced at a later date.
